We Train and Empower NGOs and Volunteers
At VolunTECH, we promote Digital Volunteering and Social Entrepreneurship to young people and volunteer organizations in 5 European countries. How do we do that?
- We train aspiring volunteers and organizations, enhancing their knowledge and skills in volunteering, digitalization, and social entrepreneurship.
- We offer a toolkit so that organizations employing volunteers can leverage technology to increase their impact.
- We connect volunteers and organizations so they can connect and collaborate easily, quickly, and effectively.

We Train and Empower NGOs and Volunteers
Digital transformation and the advent of COVID have changed the landscape of volunteering. Both young people who want to volunteer and volunteer organizations need to be trained in this new model of Digital Volunteering.
Our goal is to:
- Develop the skills of volunteers and organizations while also providing skill recognition.
- Promote social entrepreneurship.
- Give young people who have not had the opportunity to volunteer until now the opportunity to do so through the use of digital tools.
- Contribute to creating a more just and inclusive society.
- Promote the values of the European Union.
We Train and Empower NGOs and Volunteers
The project is in its first phase of implementation, however, the expected results of the project are:
- Educational material for Volunteers and Organizations: Development of specially designed educational programs.
- Toolkit for Volunteer Organizations: Providing practical guides and support tools for the more effective operation of volunteer organizations in the digital age.
- Digital Volunteering Platform: Creation of a platform that connects volunteers with organizations and facilitates participation in volunteering.
- Pilot training of Volunteers and Civil Society Organizations: Training that will also lead to providing certifications for the skills acquired through the program.
- Communication: Implementation of public information and awareness campaigns regarding volunteering.
