We are pleased to present the innovative online training program we created within the framework of the VolunTECH project. The course is free and available in Greek. It is aimed at volunteers and organizations that wish to strengthen their actions and develop useful skills by getting certified.

For volunteers: Gain skills with a social and digital footprint

The VolunTECH training program for young volunteers consists of 7 thematic modules and helps participants develop:

• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Leadership and autonomy in the community
• Flexibility in digital environments and remote collaboration
• Teamwork, emotional intelligence, and empathy
• Communication skills and social entrepreneurship

Participants acquire tools to contribute substantially to social projects while gaining knowledge that will accompany them in any future professional or voluntary action.

For organizations and NGOs: Strengthening digital skills and sustainability

The corresponding training program for organizations is designed to strengthen volunteer management strategy, integrate digital tools, and develop innovative and sustainable practices. It consists of 7 thematic modules, which include:

• Flexible working and mental well-being
• Digitization of volunteer activities
• Effective management through leadership tools
• Ensuring financial and organizational sustainability
• Social innovation and entrepreneurship in the non-profit sector
• Alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Both courses are based on experiential learning, with case studies, practical examples, and valuable tools that can be applied immediately in practice.
