Ten Leadership Tactics in Times of Crisis - SciFY

1st SciFY Academy: We shared #open #knowledge about Leadership in a Time of Crisis!

On Wednesday, March 4th, the 1st #SciFYacademy on “Ten Leadership Tactics in a Time of Crisis” was organized at Innovathens by the non-profit innovating technologies company SciFY, in partnership with KEMEL.

70 people from the field of startups, business executives, students, members of non-profit organizations, and journalists watched with great interest the presentation of the key speaker, Mr. Michalis Malamatinas.

Mr. Malamatinas introduced the audience to the “10 Leadership Tactics in a Time of Crisis“, dedicating a large part of his presentation to practical applications and case studies from his many years of experience at NIKE Hellas, where he was General Manager, as well as from the Sales area and Marketing Management in general. Special emphasis was placed on the “S.A.V.E.” framework (Solution, Access, Value, and Education/Engagement), proposed as an effective alternative to the traditional marketing mix model of the 4Ps (http://tinyurl.com/n8u8vqo).
