1.2. These Terms of Use (henceforth: “the Terms of Use“) are binding, while the use of the Service implies unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use by Users, who expressly declare and accept that they have studied them with due care and accept them.

The content of the SciFY website (henceforth: “Content”), indicative examples include but are not limited to trademarks, the distinctive title, domain name, source code, names, photographs, images, graphics, texts, illustrations, and data of any kind (such as indicative, demographic, geographic statistics, etc.), except for the expressly stated exceptions (third-party content), is the subject of SciFY’s exclusive intellectual and industrial property rights, registered t and service marks of SciFY, and is protected by the relevant intellectual property provisions and industrial property of Greek and international law. We envision the SciFY environment as a community that allows its members to inspire each other, share knowledge, exchange ideas, and design collaborative processes in order to develop content and human capital. In the event that any term of the Terms of Use is deemed invalid or voidable, this does not affect the validity of the rest, which operate normally.
8.2. The present Terms of Use and any rights contained therein may under no circumstances, unless expressly provided, be subject to transfer or assignment by the Visitors/Users without the prior express consent of SciFY.
8.3. No company, joint venture, dependent employment, or agency relationship is hereby created with SciFY as a result of accessing and using the scify.org website.
8.4. The Terms of Use, as well as any amendment thereof, are governed by Greek Law, the Law of the European Union, and the relevant international treaties and will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Athens. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the Law automatically ceases to be valid without that in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
